Problem

Luméne was a solo founder led skincare brand with limited budget and no access to traditional production. Competing with established players in a crowded space was nearly impossible without premium branding and content.

They needed a clear identity and a fast, scalable way to generate high quality visuals across platforms.

Solution

We started with a complete brand build including creative direction, tone, and visual identity rooted in consumer research and competitive analysis. From there, we created bespoke AI models trained on Luméne's products and textures.

This enabled us to generate studio quality product shots, lifestyle visuals, and social video content aligned to the founder's vision and tailored to the audience. Every image reflected the brand's soft minimalism and modern skincare feel.
